S. Antonio Jimenez is a Florida attorney with years of experience in diverse areas of law including, First-Party Property and Casualty Insurance litigation, Criminal Defense and Prosecution, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Appellate Practice, Florida Condominium Law, Family Law and Transactional/Contract Law.
Prior to founding Diverse Legal Solutions, A Law Firm, Inc., Antonio was an equity partner in one of the largest first-party insurance law firms in Coral Gables, Florida, representing policy holders. Antonio successfully assisted thousands of policyholders in recovering the insurance proceeds necessary to repair damages to their homes and businesses.

S. Antonio Jimenez was born in Miami, Florida. He graduated from the University Of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. Accolades he received included multiple Dean’s List Honors, Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society, Golden Key National Honors Society and the Phi Sigma Tau Philosophy Honors Society. While attending the University of Miami, Antonio studied and worked as a legislative intern for Senator Bob Graham in his Washington, D.C. office. This is where he learned the legislative process and witnessed law making first hand on Capitol Hill.
Having been inspired by his work on Capitol Hill he decided to study law in Washington, D.C. Antonio earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. He was a member of the D.C. Law Students in Court Clinical Program Criminal Division, where he represented indigent criminal defendants. Additionally, Antonio participated in the Project for Older Prisoners representing the interests of older inmates. He was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Federal District Court Judge William M. Hoeveler in the Southern District of Florida.
Upon graduating from The George Washington University Law School Antonio worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade County Office of the State Attorney, for over three years. During this time, Antonio prosecuted numerous trials to verdict in both the County and Circuit Courts for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida. He successfully obtained convictions for a broad range of crimes, such as attempted murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He left the employ of the Miami-Dade County State Attorney to pursue civil practice where he worked for civil defense firms representing Fortune 500 companies and other self insured corporations before leaving to represent Florida insurance policy holders and individuals injured due to the negligence of others.
At the present time, Antonio is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, both Federal and State. He is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. He is also an associate member of the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA), a member of the Windstorm Insurance Network and the Florida Justice Association.
